Our body consists of approximately 7 percent of skin tissue. So if your weight is about 100 lbs., it means you have about 7 lbs. skin tissue. Human skin renews itself every 15 days to 3 months. So if you eat right, your skin is going to renew itself more often.

If your skin gets dry, try to get more Omega 3 and Omega 6.

If you consume alcohol, caffeine and also smoke, you’ll have more wrinkles than usual. You need to eat more berries for this problem

If you have acnes, you can try to eat lettuce and broccoli more.

With eating more fish especially salmon, you can have your skin to renew itself more often.
